Purchase and Cancellation Terms
These general terms and conditions apply to the contractual relationship between the seller, the customer and the intermediary.
CUSTOMER, COMPANY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Raya Finland Oy is a Finnish limited company acting as an intermediary for services and managing the rayadivers.com online store.
The services are operated by the Thai companies Raya Divers Co Ltd (Phuket), Raya Divers Phang Nga (Khao Lak and Krabi), and Raya Divers Lanta Co Ltd (Koh Lanta), as well as the Greek companies Blue Adventure Diving (Chania, Crete) and WaterHoppers Diving School (Rhodes Town, Rhodes).
If a service is operated by another company than those mentioned above, this will be separately stated in the service description and booking confirmation.

The customer purchases the services directly from the above-mentioned companies (the service providers), which are responsible for the content and pricing of the services.
Raya Finland Oy is responsible for the operation of the online store and the marketing of the services for the above-mentioned Thai and Greek companies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The purchaser of the service has the right to cancel a booking made through the seller’s online store free of charge up to 48 hours before the starting time of the service stated in the booking confirmation. No cancellation right applies if less than 48 hours remain before the service start time, in which case the seller has the right to charge the full amount of the service.

Multi-day liveaboard diving safaris are subject to different cancellation terms than other products:
If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the service start date, the seller has the right to charge 30% of the service price.
If the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the service start date, the seller has the right to charge the full amount of the service.

In cases of illness or other unexpected last-minute situations, we recommend contacting your travel insurance provider.
PURCHASE OF SERVICES AND DELIVERY
The purchaser orders the service through the seller’s online store.
The seller sends a booking confirmation to the email address provided by the purchaser during the booking process.
Raya Divers Co Ltd is a Thai company acting as the seller and operator of the services. Raya Finland Oy is not a contractual party in the bookings.
The service is provided as described in the booking and on the website on the date and time selected by the purchaser. By confirming the booking, the customer accepts the general purchase and cancellation terms valid at the time of purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS
Depending on the service, payment is made upon arrival, during the booking process, or after the service by invoice.
